Getting the Most From Your Message

We read every email that comes in, and a little detail up front helps us give you a useful answer the first time. Whether you have spotted something in a review that looks out of date, want a second opinion on a buying decision, or are stuck halfway through setting up new gear, the more context you share, the better.

What to include

  • The exact model: brand and full model number, usually printed on a label underneath or on the back of the device. "A Wi-Fi router" can mean dozens of very different products.
  • Your setup: the size and layout of your home, your internet connection type, and the other devices involved, such as a TV, soundbar or games console.
  • What you have already tried: restarts, firmware updates, different cables or settings. This saves a round of back-and-forth.
  • Your priorities: budget range, whether you care most about picture quality, range, simplicity or noise, and any must-have features.

What we can and cannot help with

Splenderelectronics is an independent site. We do not sell products, process orders, handle returns or provide warranty repairs, and we are not affiliated with any manufacturer. For faults covered by a warranty, billing questions or replacement parts, the retailer you bought from or the manufacturer's own support team is the right place to go.

What we can do is explain how a technology works, point out trade-offs between options, and suggest what to check before you buy. Many common questions are already covered in our guides, so it is worth a quick look at pieces like mesh Wi-Fi versus a single router or choosing a 4K TV while you wait for a reply.

Corrections and suggestions

Electronics change quickly, and firmware updates or new versions can make advice outdated. If you notice an error, tell us which page it is on and what you believe is wrong; we review corrections carefully and update articles where needed. Topic suggestions are welcome too, as reader questions often shape what we write next.

Please avoid sending passwords, account details or other sensitive personal information by email. We will never ask for them.
